 If you would like to find out shipping cost to your location, simply place an online order, input your shipping address and the shopping cart will tell you the shipping choices and prices before asking for payment information (see below for shipping times).  If you create an account, the address will be saved for future orders.

Payment types / payment issues

Eye Of Mine accepts credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER) and paypal.

Our shopping cart accepts most international credit cards.  In some unusual occasions you'll get an AVS error.  This usually happens when your international bank does not supply the credit card billing address to our shopping cart system.  Simply use Paypal to get around this issue or you could email us to do a manual order. 

If you try multiple times to use your credit card, the 'declines' still may have a temporary hold on your credit card for a few days (usually says 'pending').  This hold will go away in a few days depending on your bank.

There is a bug in our cart that affects about .5% of our customers.  When in the shopping cart, it is not possible to go to the next screen, it just loops back.  This issue has to do the either the customer's computer, their security settings, browser version, firewall or IP address.  We have not been able to figure it out yet. Please send us your paypal email, what you want to order and shipping choices and we will have to do a manual order (or you can go to a different location to place your order).  orders@eyeofmine.com

Due to the increase of fraud international orders, we are requiring an emailed scan of the order credit card for all international orders over $500 (use paypal to get around this).  It can be a photograph or a scan with only the last 4 digits displayed on the card.  Billing and shipping address MUST be the same.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We offer:
USPS (United States Postal Service) first class mail, express and priority.  Please note that first class has no tracking, but is a lot cheaper. 
UPS: All methods - ground, 3 day , 2 day, next day.  Note:  Saturday delivery is not an option and costs extra - put a note in your order if you want it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of USA and territories):  We offer:
USPS first class mail.    Note that first class mail is the cheapest but there is no tracking number and no guaranteed delivery time and no insurance.
USPS priority (6-10 days)
USPS Express (3-5 days)
UPS: This is about 3 times more money than USPS, but USPS is much less reliable time-wise than UPS because USPS relies on your local post office when it arrives in your country.  So if you have a deadline, DO NOT USE USPS.

GoPro products are ONLY shipped in the USA and territories.  We cannot ship GoPro products outside of USA and territories.  Eye Of Mine products can be shipped anywhere. 

US Shipping is determined by the weight of the products you're ordering.  For example, using UPS ground, shipping for one camera package would be between $11-18 depending on where you live in US.

GOPRO FACTORY WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Factory warranty is covered by GoPro directly.  Cameras must be purchased by an authorized dealer (Eye Of Mine is an authorized dealer).  For your convenience, we have put GoPro's warranty information below.  Note that all warranty returns GO TO GOPRO and not Eye Of Mine.
